By accessing or using Mokzu ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Mokzu provides AI-powered image-to-video generation. Users upload images and text prompts, and the Service generates short video clips using artificial intelligence models.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, upload, or generate:

  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene content
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery of any person
  • Deepfake content intended to deceive, harass, or defame
  • Content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
  • Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Content that violates any applicable law or regulation

4. Image Rights and Consent

By uploading an image, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the image or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use it
  • Any identifiable persons depicted in the image have given their informed consent for the image to be used in AI video generation
  • The generated video will not be used to harass, impersonate, or deceive any person

5. Content Moderation

The Service uses automated content moderation to detect and reject prohibited content. Uploaded images are screened before processing. We reserve the right to reject any image or prompt that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if we determine that you have violated these Terms. Repeated violations may result in permanent bans and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Mokzu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
